Our dedicated customer services team will answer the phone within three rings and immediately enter your orders onto our back office system starting the process that ensures your goods arrive exactly as you want and exactly when you need them.
Our secure on-line web ordering portal is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You can customise the site to restrict access to certain users allowing them visibility to some or all of the product ranges and to retail or contract pricing. Orders can be restricted by value, by product range or authority level. You can manage budgets, produce your own reports and create your own order forms. This easy to use web site is a real time and money saver.
Our World... We have numerous programmes reflecting our commitment to the environment. We have several disposal services available and hold relevant waste carrier license. Toner Cartridges We work with Re-Claim IT to offer clients a free of charge cartridge disposal service. We can provide collection facilities (large cardboard boxes clearly marked and with handy cartridge drop opening) and a unique tracking reference. Once full, clients call Re-Claim IT who provide a waste transfer notice; send a carrier to collect and send replacement boxes. You can have any number of collection facilities around your departments and sites.
Our World... Batteries We work with Waste Care to provide a safe solution for the disposal of batteries. Our drivers will collect used batteries from clients. Once back at our premises, they are collated in a purpose made container which, once full, is collected by Waste Care. There is no charge for this service. Cardboard Our drivers will collect waste cardboard and waste cardboard boxes. We either re-use the boxes within our distribution reducing our costs or dispose of unusable waste in our re-cycling skip. This is a service we offer to office based businesses. There is no charge for this service. Paper We can provide desk top collection trays, bags and bins for the collection of office paper. Clients can choose either a standard or a confidential re-cycling service. This service is chargeable. Should it be of interest please do not hesitate to ask for more details.
